Permitted use

Collector reviews and submitted content

You are responsible for content you submit. Reviews must be honest, relevant to the card or collection, and must not contain unlawful, abusive, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, private or malicious material.

By submitting a review, you grant the website operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display that review as part of the archive. You keep any rights you otherwise have in your original text.

Reviews may be edited only for technical formatting, moderated, hidden or removed when reasonably necessary to operate the service or address abuse, legal concerns or rights complaints.

Card data, artwork and third-party rights

Pokémon names, card artwork, logos, game data and related intellectual property belong to their respective rights holders. The website operator does not claim ownership of third-party Pokémon intellectual property merely because it is displayed in the archive.

Collection descriptions, original website design, custom code and original editorial content remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

Accuracy and availability

Card names, set information, release dates, counts, artwork and other data may come from administrators or third-party data services. Reasonable efforts may be made to keep the archive accurate, but completeness, availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed.

Features, collections, reviews and integrations may be changed, suspended or discontinued without notice when operationally necessary.
